Peppa Pig World
Peppa Pig World is the premier attraction at Paultons Family Theme Park, which is located in Hampshire, England and spreads over an area of 140 acres within the beautiful village of Ower. While there are plenty of other attractions at the family park which range from giant roller coasters and 4D movie halls to penguin visits that will entertain the entire family, Peppa Pig World deservedly gets the spotlight. As you step into the park with your children, it really feels like you have entered the actual, real life version of the town shown in the TV show. Cars, boats, helicopters, rides and everything else in the park is inspired by the show and all the characters from Peppa Pig are there as well, actively interacting with the children at all times.
Meet the Characters from the Show
If your children like them on TV, they will love the opportunity to meet Peppa Pig, George, Zoe Zebra, Suzy Sheep, Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig in person and take photos with the loving characters. Just make sure that the weather is good on the day that you visit the park to see them all.
Visit Peppa’s House, and School
Enter the house of Peppa herself and see the entire family at the breakfast table or visit Peppa and her friends at the school to see them plan their next bus trip.
Go and See Grandpa and Grandma Pig at their House
Just as in the show, the theme park also has Peppa’s favourite place to visit; that is her grandpa’s place and it’s just as colourful and entertaining as it is in the show.
Watch Grandad Dog at Work
Grandad Dog is always busy with fixing broken down buses and cars, so if anyone wishes to visit him at work with the children, they can head over to his garage.
Ride the Little Train with Grandpa Pig
There is no age or height restriction on this fun ride, so parents and children can enjoy the Little Train together while Grandpa Pig leads them on in his train.
Get on Daddy Pig’s Car
The most fun way to get around the park is by hopping onto Daddy Pig’s car and adults are allowed on this ride as well.
Go on a Helicopter Ride with Miss Rabbit
Enjoy this kid-friendly version of the Ferris wheel with your children, but babies under a year are not allowed on this one.
Fly High with Peppa’s Big Balloon Ride
Although it’s actually a carousel and not a real hot balloon ride, it’s high enough to give everyone on it a good view of the entire Peppa Pig World.
Try out the Grandpa Pig’s Boat Trip
Grandpa Pig’s Boat Trip is the only ride on water within the theme park, and a family of four can ride at the same time.
A visit to Peppa Pig World is a must if you have small children and especially if they like the show. Even if they are not familiar with the cartoon characters, it’s hard for any child to not like the colourful world of Peppa Pig, its rides and all the friendly characters ready to meet and greet them.
